Access to Texas A&M Institute for Genome Sciences and Society (TIGSS) Computational Resources is provided to all participants. By default a normal account activation will give you a command-line access to TIGSS-HPC Cluster and to ProMIs (Project management and Issue tracking service), where you can report any issues or request any help once your account has been created. One of your questions or issues regarding the cluster may already have been answered. Please go through all the issues section of PRoMIs or search according to the subject of your interest. Any new issues will be answered in the order it is received and within reasonable amount of time.
